Imac OS is not taking upgrade catalina

Hi dear all, I have iMac 21.5 inch late 2013. I have mavric 10.9.5 and i want to upgrade my OS but i tried downloading Catalina but it's stucking at Install button. I also did not find downloaded file of the Catalina. It's not restarting to take upgrade.

Maybe start with a smaller jump...

Don't use Firefox for these links...

See if you can upgrade to 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, or 10.15, see sys requirements...
