Error message after Catalina OS incompatible with computer

Received this error message when logging in to my account. Last time I used my computer a few weeks ago, I tried to upgrade the OS but it failed cause it didn’t seem to be compatible with my MacBook (got it back in 2011). After I get the error message, it says it restarted cause there was a problem. Help :(

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

What is the exact model of your laptop? You can get this information by clicking on the Apple menu and selecting "About this Mac" or by entering your serial number here:

https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

What version of macOS are you currently running?

Try booting into Safe Mode. If macOS 10.12.6+ has been installed on this laptop at some point, then you can try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R.
