I need to request a refund and I don't see the purchase

I paid for Grindr Xtra $99.99 last June 14th for a whole year till June 14th 2021. Few days later I was suspended, and my phone was banned to use this App service. I'm requesting a refund and I don't see the purchase in my iPhone or iTunes and it says "You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund", however I have the Order ID and Document Number of this Purchase.

Any help on how could I resolve or understand this ?

P.D. I paid with my PayPal credit card
