setting up screen time on iPhone

We recently had to replace the hard drive in my daughters laptop and when we signed her back in it somehow reset the screen time on her cell phone and I can't figure out how to get it set back up do I can regulate her screen time with a passcode. I dont want the screen time regulated on her laptop because she has to use it for school
