I accidentally made a video on iPhone 11, but wanted a still shot. Now the pic posts with big V in the way.
I used the iPhone photo app, and the V means video which interfered with the half second video. I solved problem by taking a screen shot, although that reduced the size of the photo

Which App did you use to create the accidental video? I ask because I am unable to recall a big V indicator placed by the stock Apple Photo app.
