My MacBook Pro 15 inch 2015 was sounding good before that update but after updating CatalinaOS to 10.15.6 (19G2021), MacBook Pro internal speakers are not sounding good as before. Everything else is working fine, the only problem is with speakers sound

Thanks for the ideas on how to address this sound problem – the issue is that the speakers sound like they are crackling from too high a volume even as the lowest volume settings.
This only occured on my mid-2015 powerbook pro immediately upon the update to OS 10.15.6 (19G2021) this past week.
This a software/OS issue.
