I'm using Iphone XR from the past 10 months. My WhatsApp notifications are delayed on lock screen, Some time i didn't get messages until i open whatsapp even though my background app refresh is on.
And while in whatsapp call if i close recent apps call ends.
Can any one help me to solve this ?

I tried all of them, and I reset settings too (to Check whether I mistakenly did anything )
but It won’t help ☹️
