Yesterday for reasons unknown to me, the touch bar went black and has been black ever since. No applications makes it come back. Restarted it, did't work. Did the Activity Monitor “Touch Bar agent” kill, didn't exist... Did Terminal "pkill "Touch Bar agent" and "killall ControlStrip" - none worked.

in activity monitor there is no touch bar agent and also there is no touch bar option in keyboard

You can isolate it it is a system wide issue or not by making a new user and see if the issue persists there.

If works in the test user you have isolated it to a user spesific problem.

If it does not work it is a system wide issue.

But most lily this is a hardware problem requiring repair,

You can also check if it works in safe mode:

I would advice you to:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

They can assist you with how to isolate to a hardware issue, and give you repair options if a repair is required.

Good luck!
