Cannot pair Apple Watch Series 5 with iPhone 6 Plus

I have a new Apple five watch I can’t seem to pair it with my iPhone 6 Plus

It's not possible to pair a Series 5 watch with an iPhone 6 Plus; they require an iOS version newer than the phone can run.
