Sidecar is not working with my iPad Pro (2018) and MacBook Pro 13”. Any suggestions?

Not all MacBook Pro's support Sidecar. See Sidecar System Requirements in this link to see if your does --> Use your iPad as a second display for your Mac with Sidecar - Apple Support
