iPhone screen not working. can't turn it off to restart because screen is frozen completely

My screen has froze, I already tried the force restart but no luck what can I do?

I woke up this morning to the same issue. I have tried to restart. However, the frozen screen will not allow me to "slide to power off" button.

I have done this and tried restore and still not luck, this happened after I updated to 14.1.
