I got a new phone because i lost my old one and i couldn’t transfer anything over except the things on my apple id... so i got my new phone and it never gave me my apple music account back so i’m still paying for my old one..with no way to log into it

If I read you question correctly, it sounds like you created a new Apple ID on your new iPhone. If so, why did you do that? Items acquired with one Apple ID are forever tied to that Apple ID and cannot be transferred or merged with another Apple ID unless you change it using these steps:

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support


If not, did you turn on Sync Library on your new iPhone:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support
