i want to stop photos going to Icloud. i want to close the photo library in icloud. i want to deletesome photos in icloud but dont want to deleat from iphone 11

Providing you have enough storage space on the device, you can turn off iCloud Photos and have the photos directly stored on the device; however, this is a risky move because if something were to happen to that device, you will lose all your photos.
