All of my purchased movies are missing from itunes TV.

i have followed every list of directions i can find online, and none work.

i go to "view my account" in the Account pull-down menu, and nothing happens.

i have accessed my account through the app store, and and my movie and music purchases are nowhere to be found

i went to the itunes store and searched for movies i know that i have purchased, and some are available to re-download and some are listed as available to purchase.

i don't remember all of the movies i have purchased, but i would like to get them back in my itunes TV app please
