Why do I keep getting the error message “a problem repeatedly occurred” then a shut down? Also “the web page crashed”.

Why do I keep getting the error message “a problem repeatedly occurred” then a shut down? Also “the web page crashed”.

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

Clearing the history did not work, but I chatted with a support person. I reset the network setting to factory default and it is working now. Thanks!
