My phone running low on space because my software takes up more than half the space on my phone and I bought 200 GB and my backup system fail to backup my documents no space is on my phone , the more I delete thing the more the space gets lower because the software taking away my space .

13.6 software version takes 16GB plus other software takes 5. Something GB I have small amounts of items on my phone and still my phone is full . I can’t do nothing
