How to get rid of Ads & tabs that opens automatically in Safari

Dear,

On several websites, when I get into it or when I click on a text that I want to read, automatically some ad webpages opens.

Example, I go on a newspaper webpage and clicking on a text, it opens:

*

Another example, when I check some plane options on an airline official webpage the followings pages opens in 2 different tabs:

*

*

Sometimes I have even a 3rd page opening.

Fact is that I have the same problem on my iPad!

And of course on my iPhone as well, well that I mainly use apps.

How to solve all this?

Of course I checked the Extensions since a while but there is nothing in it.

And of course all my products are updated with the latest iOS versions.

I installed a Malware software into my iPad but it didn't solved the problem neither and definitely not on my MacbookPro.

Your idea's are more than welcome.

Thanks.
