iphone 11 is not connected to wifi and disabled with no connection to itunes

I have an iphone 11 Red with dual cameras. Too many attempts at passcode have disabled it and it will not connect to itunes because the wifi is not being used on the phone. I have tried following every step to reset it with no luck. How can I reset this phone?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process. Your post indicates that you have attempted to follow the process mentioned in the link above and if you are still unsuccessful then see below.

Your iPhone 11 Pro is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support
