Calendar Alerts

I have an iPhone 6S and the calendar alerts have stopped working. I checked that everything is turned on in notifications. Still not having any luck. Can anyone help?

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Please try the steps in the section titled “If you don’t see notifications for a specific app” here: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Apple has also recently released an iOS update. If you haven’t done so, please use the steps here to back up and update your iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
