I did not make any purchases but received email confirmation of my purchases as follows:

Make sure the purchases are in your own account. if they are not they might be a scam email.

Check purchase history like this:

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it was from your apple ID account, you can report it by forwarding it to reportphishing@apple.com.
