Hey guys how do I update my software without using WiFi, but mobile data instead?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Wi-Fi is a requirement or connect to computer iTunes (or to Finder if you have the latest macOS) with Internet connection.

FYI: You cannot update an iPhone 6 past iOS 12.4.8.

Unfortunately, what you are asking is NOT possible at this time. You must update by using a WiFi Network.
