My Apple ID is part of a family (in which I’m an adult) but I want to enter my own credit card, for my use only, to pay for some apps. I can’t find the way to do that without my card to be seen (and possibly be used) by the rest of the family

So if I’m a 19yo with my own credit card I can’t use it to pay on things like a normal person? I have to ask my mom the CVV and she will see what I’m paying for? Tinder, Grinder, **** xHamster, no matter what?
But if I’ll leave my family subscription in Apple Music will be lost. Same about Apple TV+, I can’t believe that in 2020 if someone is in a family Apple ID he can’t live a private life and use its own Credit card without the need to pay back his parents the amounts of his probers expenses. Are you absolutely sure that there is no way to enter an individual payment card?
Unless you are the family organiser, you can't.
But you can buy and redeem iTunes gift card(s) to your account.
That's how Family sharing is configured.
You don't have to ask, just buy and redeem iTune gift cards,
or you can leave the family if you want as an adult.
Understand though that even you redeem yourself own gift cards and use them for purchases, the family organizer will still get receipts for your purchases and will know what you bought.
