Can I buy a mac using the Education discount if I will be attending a university outside of the country i am currently residing in?

Apple's US Online Education Store page cites only one condition for an education discount: "Available to current and newly accepted college students and their parents, as well as faculty, staff, and homeschool teachers of all grade levels."
Yes, but it must be ordered from the site for the country where your credit or debit card is addressed and shipped to that address.
