my macbook air would not update to 10.15.6.

I keep clicking the "update now" and promt restarting my macbook but when it goes back on it's still not updated.

Try updating while using Safe Mode, or if that is not working try downloading/installing the macOS Catalina 10.15.6 Combo Update
