I can't sign into my iCloud account because I lost my Trusted device

I lost my iPhone XS which was my trusted device for my iCloud account now I can't login to that iCloud account on my new iPhone because it keeps sending my verification code to my old phone how can I solve this problem and Be able to Access my old iCloud account Which holds all my contacts in my entire back up for my lost phone

See if anything here helps.  If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.


Verification code - how to get one and sign in with two-factor authentication.   


You need to change/add the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
