Widgets not showing

My widgets (all) are not showing after updating my iPhone 7+ to iOS 13.6

I cannot swipe right, it does not show an extra dot and the widgets will not show

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Settings > TouchID & Passcode > [Allow Access When Locked]

Control Center [Enable]

In your Case (Control Center is Disabled under Locked Screen) Unlock then you will see.
