Hi! I recently bought and iPhone 11. The service did not connect with my phone. Is this something Is can fix at home or does it have to do with my cellular company?

Once you install an active SIM card in your iPhone 11 then your service should begin. Please start with your cellular company and ensure that your iPhone 11 is active and online.
