Green lines on screen

Yesterday my phone had been working fine all day no concerns then it started to have green lines and a black dot at the bottom of the screen it has a crack screen protector on and a smash proof case on no damage had occurred unsure if a wire has come apart on the inside phone was brought in April

Restart your device. Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
