App store of a different country

Hi, I had opened my apple account in Germany where I had purchased my first i phone. I have since changed to an iphone purchased in Greece, using Greek data provider and a Greek phone number. Despite that I can’t access Greek apps which dont event exist in the German app store (such us My Vodafone for Greece). How can I swap entirely to the Greek app store/ profile? Thanks.
