Suspicious call!
I received a call as apple support from 1(800) 8816293. Does any received such a a call saying it is from Apple support and ask not to use any financial application in the Apple devices, and offer to help pressing 1?

You would not get such a message from Apple requesting Financial Info. So, report this call to Apple:

These message you speak of seem no more than a scam. So, report these to Apple and the Government (if an option):
- To Apple: Take a screenshot of that phone number/message and send it off to Apple as an attachment, letting them know what this eMail, along with its attachment, is all about.
