My past phone got damaged and now that it fixed I want to log in but can't seem to remember my id and password. is there any way you can help me figure that out?
I already tried looking it up but I can't remember the email address when it asks for it.

If the phone is lost there is no way to look up the mail address in it , if you were sendings mails from that Apple ID to colleagues contact them to reveal that Apple ID address .
Regarding settings of password the credentials are needed to reset .
I forgot my iCloud ID and password to my old account
