System Preferences Security & Privacy -> Privacy tab missing items

Hi


Under System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab, i missing a lot of items.

Mac OS X is High Sierra. I cant upgrade to newer due business system we use.

I am missing Full disk access, Screen Recording, Advertising, Automation.

I have tried deleting, tccutil.db. Also tried tccutil reset All.

Nothing helps. Anyone stumbled into this before. Help is much appreciated!

They are missing because they didn't exist in High Sierra.
