Phishing Scam calls

Anyone else receiving calls from the Apple Barton Creek (Austin, TX area) phone number (****.0520)?

This store is currently closed...they are phishing for Apple ID info...please be vigilant in protecting your information.

No. I have nor received a message from such a location. But it could always be a spoofed phone call. Seems so, if the store was closed.

Report this Call, and Secure your Account:


Refer to the Following:


A. Report a Call:

These message you speak of seem no more than a scam. So, report these to Apple and the Government (if an option):

  • To Apple: Take a screenshot of that phone number's info (time/date, etc.) obtaining it from the Recents in the Phone app and send it off to Apple.

Forward the screenshot to: reportphishing@apple.com

  • To the U.S.A. Government:
