how to extend passcode lock time on a xr

Go to Settings > Display and brightness > auto-lock and then adjust time

Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Auto-Lock

Suggest you NOT select “never” as it can allow anyone into your iPad if you forget to “lock” it yourself.
