im trying to get into an old iphone of mine and i frogot the icloud password and username and cannot get into the phone its self how am i able to get back into it

See if you can recover the ID/password.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple    An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find              

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Scroll to the section : If you can't access any of your devices and follow the steps there using either Find My or Support app on another iDevice.
