how can i change my password of my email because i forgot it and it wont let me change it.

Apple ID password or the email password? Why won't it let you change it? What happens when you try? Error message(s)?

Apple ID

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

Email password.

Go the the email provider's web site to find an password reset option.
