After you click in the search bar, look at the upper right right to make sure you are in "iTunes Store" and not in "Apple Music."!!

If you don't see the iTunes Store, you can enable it in Preferences as shown below.

Once you find the song you want in the Store, click its price. If you encounter a problem, pls post back with specifics.
