Keyboard Repair (one key) on MBP 2017

Im aware of the Keyboard Replacement Programme, however I'm unsure the Mac will qualify due to a damaged command key. IF it isn't, does anyone know the cost of repair? No Apple Care and out of warranty, but it's just one butterfly clip. Cant find any info as everything pushes towards Keyboard Replacement Programme. If it isn't worth it, i'll just sell as is because it's perfectly useable.

If it qualifies I would worry no further getting it replaced—The keys are not suppose to just fall apart.
