"Restore a built-in app that you deleted"

Go to the App Store and in the search bar type Translate. See the app with a cloud symbol next to it. Tap the cloud and it will download back to your device.

That said, I believe the new Translate app is iPhone only, but I could be wrong on that as I'm at work and can't check my iPad to see.

The Apple Translate App is only available for iPhone. This App has not been released for iPad.

Thanks for confirming that. I thought it was iPhone only, but I don't bring my iPad to work, so couldn't check it.

Would that be the new Apple Translate App? If so, then you’ve not deleted it - as this App is only available for iPhone.

Otherwise, if you instead refer to a third-party App, you can simply download it again from the Apple App Store.
