You can down load the WhatsApp-messanger APP on your iPHONE App Store.

Step 1 - Go to the App Store on your iPHONE

Step 2 - click on the search function and type in "WhatsApp messenger"

Step 3 - Click on the 'GET' button to down load it onto your iPHONE.

I don't believe you can get it on your iPad mini as it says that it is only available on the APPStore for iPhone only.
