iOS 14
I have an iPhone 7 Plus and I can't upgrade my software because the iOS 14 upgrade isn't available in my settings. It just says that my software is up to date. What can I do?

That should be an iPhone 7, and should run iOS 14. Try again later. Servers are likely still busy.
