Hi i just wanted to update my iphone into ios 14 with itunes on my pc, but theres some error code shows up (4000).. ive tried every solution based on the more help blogs, but it still doesnt fix anything. please help me

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to update your iPhone with your computer, as you get an error message. To help with this, make sure your iPhone is unlocked when you start the update process, and follow the relevant steps in these Apple resources:
If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Disable your passcode on your device. This will allow the update to proceed.
Apple introduced a bug in 12.10.9.3 when it released about a month ago. No matter how many times it has been reported they haven't fixed it.
