Remove activation lock

I don't know who is the original onward of my i phone x i buy from another person. in phone my icloud account is working but 1 month a go software upgrade now my phone want old onward icloud account now how can i remove activation lock.

Only way to turn off an Activation Lock -- Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support.

Activation lock I bought a second hand iPhone 7plus. I removed the iCloud and reset the phone. After resetting it, it now show me activation lock with indicated someone iCloud account. How will I remove it ?
