old work phone old applid to a new phone new personal applid. itunes copies contacts and applid...ugh..

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about copying contacts from one Apple ID to the other.

Yes, using a computer you can log in to Apple ID 1, and export the contacts. Then log in to Apple ID 2 and import the contacts. These two articles will help:
