I accidentally deleted a lengthy email I was writing in Apple Mail

I was writing a lengthy email in Apple Mail and I was interrupted. When I returned the email was missing. I believe that I may have accidentally deleted it. I had not saved the draft. I had not yet sent the email. I searched in the Drafts folder, in the Junk folder, in the Trash folder, in the Deleted files folder and I could not locate it anywhere. Is there any way that I can recover this email? Thank you.
