Incorrect keyboard symbols

Some of the symbols on my iPad Pro dońt come up correctly )see DOŃT! And Johndoe"gmail.com, please dońt, cańt, )help me=

Are you talking about a hardware keyboard?? If so, go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure is says US (NOT "automatic" or something else).
