Is it Ok to keep the new macBook Air (2020) plugged in all the time? Or should it be unplugged when shut down?

Previously, it was necessary to run on battery periodically, because Li-based batteries do need to be used to maintain their health. Now, Apple's battery health management (introduced in macOS 10.15.5) takes care of it. Here's an example (right side) , green shaded is AC power, blue line is charge level and the blip is where my Mac ran on battery while plugged in, going down to 93% before charging back to full.
