I just got a new MacBook Air 2020. My Pages, Keynote, and Numbers won't update. I am getting this message: "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
Go to Applications Folder, Drag and Drop into Trash one of the Applications. Sign Out of iCloud. Shutdown computer. Start up and log-in to iCloud. Search for the deleted application. Click Download and it should be the Newest version 10.1. Repeat the process for the other offending Applications
