I have an iPhone 8plus itz saids I have the iOS 14 but I don’t have any new features

• You cannot update using Personal Hotspot, you need a real Wi-Fi connection.
• You also must have at least 50% battery power, best you connect to wall power during update.
• Also make sure you have > 5GB of free space on iPhone.

go to Settings > General > About.. what does it say for Software Version?

on your home screen, swipe left until the end.. do you see the new App Library?

there isn't all that much difference about iOS 13/14

that means you don't have iOS 14 installed..
