I cannot download app from app store

O tru to download apps from app store. It asks me to enter mu password to login, I do and it says I’m logged in, then I push Get button. Moving circle appears and nothing happens. Then Get button appeara again and if Inpish it again it either again becomes to circle until it again becomes to Get button or it again asks me to sign in and again I push Get button and it becomes circle and then again becomes Get button and then again...........
